When customer service was a forgotten skill, along comes Goddens" I thought ordering on ebay and sending back a wrong order was risky and impersonal. I got excellent customer service and I am grateful. Thank you for exchanging my glasses and sending the larger ones back to me so promptly. I thought I would be forgotten or told to pay an additional charge. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service.

Great product, great price. We bought our son some Ray-Bans from Goodden's. The price was great and the product was just as advertised. The customer service was excellent. The only thing I wish was that they offered the choice of expedited shipping. Other than that, I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for optical products.

great price, selection and service This is the second pair of Ray Bans I have bought from Gooddens. The first was about 10 years ago and that pair recently broke. I bought the same pair again and although the price had gone up, Goodden's was still a lot cheaper even than Amazon. And the shipping was free. They have a great selection of Ray Bans and I was surprised to see that Ray Ban now offers the Clubmaster (the only style I have worn for 20 years because it is too, too cool) in a wide assortment of color options. Goodden's has them too. When my wife decides to buy some good sunglasses, or if I buy another pair, we will go to Goodden's first.

Priceless, Devoted Customer Service! I've purchased several pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses from Goodden's over the past two years but my latest order was more unusual. I ordered my favorite pair of polarized sunglasses & the order confirmation was send out that evening. The very next day I got a call from Joanne, letting me know that the color frame I ordered was discontinued in with the polarized lenses I wanted. Because I already have 2 pairs of the other color offered, I explained how I really needed the black frame with the polarized lens & was so disappointed. Joanne came up with a great idea - that I order the black frames with non-polarized lenses but she'd have their optician put in polarized lenses for just a small upcharge. Once she brought this option to my attention, I also ordered replacement polarized lenses for the scratched tortoise frames I've owned for years! Got a great deal & the most amazing customer service from such a caring, dedicated woman. Can't wait to receive my order & you can bet I'll refer all my friends to Goodden's. Thanks Joanne!
