The real deal. Fast shipping and a great product I had my doubts about ordering sunglasses online. The price almost seemed too good to be true, and I was worried about counterfeit product. But I ordered the sunglasses and the product shipped right away. The product came in the same box I saw at the retail stores and looks to be authentic. I'm very happy with my purchase and would order from Goodden's again.

Priceless, Devoted Customer Service! I've purchased several pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses from Goodden's over the past two years but my latest order was more unusual. I ordered my favorite pair of polarized sunglasses & the order confirmation was send out that evening. The very next day I got a call from Joanne, letting me know that the color frame I ordered was discontinued in with the polarized lenses I wanted. Because I already have 2 pairs of the other color offered, I explained how I really needed the black frame with the polarized lens & was so disappointed. Joanne came up with a great idea - that I order the black frames with non-polarized lenses but she'd have their optician put in polarized lenses for just a small upcharge. Once she brought this option to my attention, I also ordered replacement polarized lenses for the scratched tortoise frames I've owned for years! Got a great deal & the most amazing customer service from such a caring, dedicated woman. Can't wait to receive my order & you can bet I'll refer all my friends to Goodden's. Thanks Joanne!

Goodens redeems itself! I had an initial issue with Goodens, but thanks to their outstanding customer service all is forgiven! The sunglasses I wanted were in stock, but there was only one pair left and they ended having a flaw. They were pulled and the item was reordered on a rush basis. The customer service rep (Joanne) was very responsive and went out of her way to make things right. If you too experience a hiccup, be patient and Goodens will come through with flying colors.

Very reliable, fast service. I ordered Ray-ban aviators for my son and was concerned I wouldn't receive them in time to send to him, but I received my order within just a few days, packaged well, no problems with the order. I'm very happy with this company.

Happy Shopper Boy!!!Was this the absolutely best experience I ever had with an on line order, the helmet I ordered I forgot to tell them what color I wanted, within a half of an hour they emailed me asking what color I wanted, then they were out of the color I wanted the lady said ,she could give me any youth helmet for the same price, so I picked one and it was here in the Middle of Montana in 2 days, even express shipping usually takes 3 days.
