Very reliable, fast service. I ordered Ray-ban aviators for my son and was concerned I wouldn't receive them in time to send to him, but I received my order within just a few days, packaged well, no problems with the order. I'm very happy with this company.

Goodens redeems itself! I had an initial issue with Goodens, but thanks to their outstanding customer service all is forgiven! The sunglasses I wanted were in stock, but there was only one pair left and they ended having a flaw. They were pulled and the item was reordered on a rush basis. The customer service rep (Joanne) was very responsive and went out of her way to make things right. If you too experience a hiccup, be patient and Goodens will come through with flying colors.

Priceless, Devoted Customer Service! I've purchased several pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses from Goodden's over the past two years but my latest order was more unusual. I ordered my favorite pair of polarized sunglasses & the order confirmation was send out that evening. The very next day I got a call from Joanne, letting me know that the color frame I ordered was discontinued in with the polarized lenses I wanted. Because I already have 2 pairs of the other color offered, I explained how I really needed the black frame with the polarized lens & was so disappointed. Joanne came up with a great idea - that I order the black frames with non-polarized lenses but she'd have their optician put in polarized lenses for just a small upcharge. Once she brought this option to my attention, I also ordered replacement polarized lenses for the scratched tortoise frames I've owned for years! Got a great deal & the most amazing customer service from such a caring, dedicated woman. Can't wait to receive my order & you can bet I'll refer all my friends to Goodden's. Thanks Joanne!

Outstanding value and superb customer service! After purchasing several models of Persol sunglasses from Goodden's, I ordered Persol optical frames with prescription lenses. The transaction was smooth and enjoyable. Joanne was perfectly patient with my questions, and very responsive via email. The finished product was perfect, and about half the cost I'd pay at my local shop. I'm a very happy Goodden's customer.

Absolutely outstanding! Placed my order on a Thursday morning was worried they wouldn't arrive in time for Fathers Day which was 10 days away. To my surprise they arrived that Saturday- 2 days later. I would absolutely buy from them again.
