Happy Shopper Boy!!!Was this the absolutely best experience I ever had with an on line order, the helmet I ordered I forgot to tell them what color I wanted, within a half of an hour they emailed me asking what color I wanted, then they were out of the color I wanted the lady said ,she could give me any youth helmet for the same price, so I picked one and it was here in the Middle of Montana in 2 days, even express shipping usually takes 3 days. Goodens redeems itself! I had an initial issue with Goodens, but thanks to their outstanding customer service all is forgiven! The sunglasses I wanted were in stock, but there was only one pair left and they ended having a flaw. They were pulled and the item was reordered on a rush basis. The customer service rep (Joanne) was very responsive and went out of her way to make things right. If you too experience a hiccup, be patient and Goodens will come through with flying colors.
