Fantastic products and customer service I have ordered from Fuse before and love their lens! My recent order was incorrect, and they shipped out new ones before I returned the old ones! Great customer service and great products!!

Reached out in regards to getting a new… Reached out in regards to getting a new set of lenses as the ones I have from 3 years ago are starting to get a bit beat up and to my surprise I was told I get a free replacement set covered under warranty. They confirmed a few things and the new ones were on the way right away. Fantastic customer service.

LENSES DID NOT ARRIVE My lenses HAVE NOT been delivered. The shipping states that they were. They HAVE NOT been delivered and our "neighbours" do not have them as an email suggested. Nor should they. Impossible not to get our address correct in that we have Christmas lights illuminating the entire place. Will be contacting our credit card company as to this "fraudulent" hustle FUSE Lenses is pulling. Update...... Fuse Customer Service has reached out immediately. Rosina from Fuse sent a nice email and has offered to ship another pair of lenses if the lenses are not delivered today. I will keep all updated.
