Payment issue Really loved the glasses, when I ordered something went wrong with the payment and I was advised to cancel the order and reorder. I was assured the money for the original order wouldn’t come out of my bank account but it did. After a week of back and forth with customer service it was finally sorted but it took a lot of time to finally get it sorted which has made me wary of ordering again.

Great experience I’m very happy with my experience and I’m so happy I decided to write a review! I broke my glasses and was in need of a nice pair of new glasses so I quickly purchased a pair from firmoo. My customer service advisor Madhu (he deserves a big shoutout, he was very nice and understanding) was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the full frame size and etc. However, when the glasses arrived, I didn’t like the blue light lens (way too blue for my liking) however the frame was perfect so Madhu helped me resolve the situation and kindly allowed me to keep the pair they sent me as a spare and quickly offered me a voucher to purchase a new pair!! This was very generous and I’m very grateful :)

Progressive Bifocal Love I’ve ordered many pairs of progressive no-line bifocals from this site and have loved every pair. They always fit just right. I highly recommend saving yourself big money and ordering your glasses online. No, they didn’t pay me anything to say these great things🙃
