phenomenal customer service I ordered new glasses and USPS messed up somehow and I never received them. However, Jeannie from firmoo had a new set sent out to me within hours! Love the new glasses, great fit and look most importantly affordable!

Flimsy and cheaply made Nice glasses but been using them for about a month now and the frames are so flimsy and awful, they're too big and are constantly falling down. Got them resized a few times and they still do it within a couple days. Annoyed as I've only got this pair now and I'm constantly having to balance them on my ears and catch them when I slightly bend and they fall off, really disappointed wont bother again😞 Edit per reply: as I said it's the frames themselves that is the issue (had enough glasses in my life to know) very cheaply made and had them professionally fitted many times now and they just go back the same way after a day. I don't need this generic reply which is trying to say a lot but nothing really. As I said I'm stuck with these as my only pair so cannot return unfortunately but will not order again. Tempted to change to 1 star.

I must say i love this store I must say i love this store. It was first time and not the last. I love my glasses. Wonderful. I will recommend this. One of the best i try.

Payment issue Really loved the glasses, when I ordered something went wrong with the payment and I was advised to cancel the order and reorder. I was assured the money for the original order wouldn’t come out of my bank account but it did. After a week of back and forth with customer service it was finally sorted but it took a lot of time to finally get it sorted which has made me wary of ordering again.
