GBGreat experience I’m very happy with my experience and I’m so happy I decided to write a review! I broke my glasses and was in need of a nice pair of new glasses so I quickly purchased a pair from firmoo. My customer service advisor Madhu (he deserves a big shoutout, he was very nice and understanding) was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the full frame size and etc. However, when the glasses arrived, I didn’t like the blue light lens (way too blue for my liking) however the frame was perfect so Madhu helped me resolve the situation and kindly allowed me to keep the pair they sent me as a spare and quickly offered me a voucher to purchase a new pair!! This was very generous and I’m very grateful :)

IE5 star glasses website Glasses easy to order and add prescription. I needed prescription sunglasses. Got 2 pairs with a discount code for £70. Absolutely bargain. Took around 2 weeks to deliver (with bank holiday for Easter) which I thought was great. Glasses came in little bag and then a wee sunglasses box. Good strong material. Prescription is exactly for my eyesight. Great value and couldn’t recommend more. They’ve loads of stylish frames to pick from. Will definitely order again. Have already recommended to family

GBsurprised i purchased these for my lil one. i was a bit hesitant since a prescription was involved. glad to say that the clarity is great. clearer view and sturdier frame than the previous pair we received from the eye doctor we go to. easy ordering. reasonable delivery timeframe. overall i am extremely pleased with my purchase.
