phenomenal customer service I ordered new glasses and USPS messed up somehow and I never received them. However, Jeannie from firmoo had a new set sent out to me within hours! Love the new glasses, great fit and look most importantly affordable!

Perfect ! I’ve only been wearing glasses for a few years and was able to get them for free, but wasn’t able to with my new glasses and couldn’t afford to spend £100 on one pair. I found firmoo by looking online and got a pair for £37 including shipping and they’re perfect ! It did take a couple weeks to arrive but if you can wait for new glasses I couldn’t recommend them enough ! Thank you :)
