phenomenal customer service I ordered new glasses and USPS messed up somehow and I never received them. However, Jeannie from firmoo had a new set sent out to me within hours! Love the new glasses, great fit and look most importantly affordable!

Perfect ! I’ve only been wearing glasses for a few years and was able to get them for free, but wasn’t able to with my new glasses and couldn’t afford to spend £100 on one pair. I found firmoo by looking online and got a pair for £37 including shipping and they’re perfect ! It did take a couple weeks to arrive but if you can wait for new glasses I couldn’t recommend them enough ! Thank you :)

Great customer service My first order came in on time, well packaged as well. The glasses are very nice, super lightweight, lenses very clear and prescription on point. Unfortunately the frame did not fit well on me at all but customer service is helping me out with credit for the whole amount so I can reorder something smaller. That was a really good first time experience. I will be ordering again
