Great customer service My first order came in on time, well packaged as well. The glasses are very nice, super lightweight, lenses very clear and prescription on point. Unfortunately the frame did not fit well on me at all but customer service is helping me out with credit for the whole amount so I can reorder something smaller. That was a really good first time experience. I will be ordering again

Flimsy and cheaply made Nice glasses but been using them for about a month now and the frames are so flimsy and awful, they're too big and are constantly falling down. Got them resized a few times and they still do it within a couple days. Annoyed as I've only got this pair now and I'm constantly having to balance them on my ears and catch them when I slightly bend and they fall off, really disappointed wont bother again😞 Edit per reply: as I said it's the frames themselves that is the issue (had enough glasses in my life to know) very cheaply made and had them professionally fitted many times now and they just go back the same way after a day. I don't need this generic reply which is trying to say a lot but nothing really. As I said I'm stuck with these as my only pair so cannot return unfortunately but will not order again. Tempted to change to 1 star.

Worth it Firstly thanks Firmoo the glasses looks gorgeous. I get compliments from complete strangers and I recommend you everytime. My husband needs new prescription glasses and we are definitely buying from you. Thanks once again

Perfect ! I’ve only been wearing glasses for a few years and was able to get them for free, but wasn’t able to with my new glasses and couldn’t afford to spend £100 on one pair. I found firmoo by looking online and got a pair for £37 including shipping and they’re perfect ! It did take a couple weeks to arrive but if you can wait for new glasses I couldn’t recommend them enough ! Thank you :)
