GBPayment issue Really loved the glasses, when I ordered something went wrong with the payment and I was advised to cancel the order and reorder. I was assured the money for the original order wouldn’t come out of my bank account but it did. After a week of back and forth with customer service it was finally sorted but it took a lot of time to finally get it sorted which has made me wary of ordering again.

GBGreat customer service My first order came in on time, well packaged as well. The glasses are very nice, super lightweight, lenses very clear and prescription on point. Unfortunately the frame did not fit well on me at all but customer service is helping me out with credit for the whole amount so I can reorder something smaller. That was a really good first time experience. I will be ordering again
