Perfect ! I’ve only been wearing glasses for a few years and was able to get them for free, but wasn’t able to with my new glasses and couldn’t afford to spend £100 on one pair. I found firmoo by looking online and got a pair for £37 including shipping and they’re perfect ! It did take a couple weeks to arrive but if you can wait for new glasses I couldn’t recommend them enough ! Thank you :)

Great communication and product Great communication, firmoo caught a mistake I made with my prescriptions being outdated on one of my glasses and fixed it. Glasses are pretty sturdy even for some wire frames

Payment issue Really loved the glasses, when I ordered something went wrong with the payment and I was advised to cancel the order and reorder. I was assured the money for the original order wouldn’t come out of my bank account but it did. After a week of back and forth with customer service it was finally sorted but it took a lot of time to finally get it sorted which has made me wary of ordering again.
