phenomenal customer service I ordered new glasses and USPS messed up somehow and I never received them. However, Jeannie from firmoo had a new set sent out to me within hours! Love the new glasses, great fit and look most importantly affordable!

Great experience I’m very happy with my experience and I’m so happy I decided to write a review! I broke my glasses and was in need of a nice pair of new glasses so I quickly purchased a pair from firmoo. My customer service advisor Madhu (he deserves a big shoutout, he was very nice and understanding) was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the full frame size and etc. However, when the glasses arrived, I didn’t like the blue light lens (way too blue for my liking) however the frame was perfect so Madhu helped me resolve the situation and kindly allowed me to keep the pair they sent me as a spare and quickly offered me a voucher to purchase a new pair!! This was very generous and I’m very grateful :)

surprised i purchased these for my lil one. i was a bit hesitant since a prescription was involved. glad to say that the clarity is great. clearer view and sturdier frame than the previous pair we received from the eye doctor we go to. easy ordering. reasonable delivery timeframe. overall i am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Great communication and product Great communication, firmoo caught a mistake I made with my prescriptions being outdated on one of my glasses and fixed it. Glasses are pretty sturdy even for some wire frames

Payment issue Really loved the glasses, when I ordered something went wrong with the payment and I was advised to cancel the order and reorder. I was assured the money for the original order wouldn’t come out of my bank account but it did. After a week of back and forth with customer service it was finally sorted but it took a lot of time to finally get it sorted which has made me wary of ordering again.
