I love these devices I love these devices. I’m hearing things I haven’t heard in a long time, like my soft spoken grandkids. My online rep has been very helpful. This morning I told him I had trouble the last couple of days. It sounded like I was in a cave. He (JC) led me through changing my wax guards and it solved the problem. I was a little skeptical when I found out everything was done online (including the hearing exam) but everything went like clockwork. I am completely satisfied with the whole process.

Skeptical....at first Saw an ad and was skeptical that an"online" hearing aid would work. Very pleasantly surprised to be proved wrong. Exceptional service and a great hearing aid. I am very happy and would highly recommend hear.com

They ignore you when it's not in their… They ignore you when it's not in their favor. The very place they sent me to for hearing test refuse to give me the hearing aids until ENT doctor signs off. Just to make sure something else isn't going on. So now having to wait on ENT doctor app. Several months away. I told them to cancel and refund my money. All of a sudden they death too. Shady practices say one thing do another. Be very careful!!!! They don't deserve 1 star.

The hearing aids I had just were not working for me The hearing aids I had just were not working for me anymore. I was having a difficult time hearing conversations and not able to understand some words. I saw an ad that Hear.com was having an open house and decided to try them. I received a box in a few days with everything I would need to have a hearing test from Dr Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids for me. I told him about sometimes I couldn’t understand words. He did a test of certain words and told me about how I could improve the problem. He sent a list of words to practice everyday 15 minutes and my word recognition would improve and it has. I am grateful to everyone who helped me there.

I have worked with Renee Wade-Barrent… I have worked with Renee Wade-Barrent at the North Fort Myers office. She has provided excellent service at each visit. Her introduction to using hearing devices was clear and complete. I had a problem with one device which she diagnosed and resolved. I have tech experience and she provided with good suggestions for getting the most from the devices. A gracious lady with a good sense of humor. She is a solid professional.
