Appalling customer service This was the first time I had a rye test at Boots Opticians and it was absolutely an appalling experience. I visited Boots Opticians at Shouthside shopping centre at Wandsworth. I felt it was like a factory going and being rushed throughout separate stages. They make you feel that you’re expecting to buy glasses after you’re done and most importantly they don’t give your eye prescription, which you’ve just paid for. Instead, you’d need to phone, email, and phone again for them to send it to you. Not impressed!

Amazing service. Down to earth and a genuine sincerity to their approach. Yes they were busy but they still found time to give to my son and made him feel comfortable. Excellent Experience Had my 2 yearly eye test at Boots Bolton yesterday and couldn’t be happier. It was easy to book my appointment on line, the appointment was on time, all the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The optician spent time explaining the results of my eye test and answered all my questions and the assistant that helped me select my new glasses was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. There was a great selection of frames and a very good offer available. I would definitely recommend Boots opticians and would like to say thank you to Abdul and Matthew.

Lovely people Recently visited the Wolverhampton Branch. Got to say they were excellent and it as a really good experience. The staff were very helpful and kind, really nice to deal with and the optician took the time to tell me that I didn't need to report to DVLA whether I needed reading glasses as well as giving me advice about my new cataract. I've never had this advice before so excellent service.

I recently needed an eyesight test and… I recently needed an eyesight test and new glasses at Boots Opticians, Romsey, Hants. (2.4.24 - 13.4.24) and was greatly helped by Sara, Beth and Charlie who gave excellent service and effective guidance of products available. They each went out of their way to ensure I had all the information needed to make effective choices. They took time to share their particular expertise with me which I definitely appreciated - this made for a fautless experience where I received high level, efffective customer service.
