IE5 star service Took my 5 year old for his first eye test and couldnt fault the service and the polite friendly helpful staff from start to finish. My little one was nervous but that quickly changed with the staff interaction with him and was very happy with a choice of sticker at the end lol

GBIncorrect time on text message My appointment in store - Ilford - was booked for 4.30pm on 21th May. I received instead a CENTRAL text message the day after indicating (WRONGLY) that the appointment was at 5pm ??!! I checked with the Ilford store and they confirmed that it was booked for 4.30! This had happened to me before. The lady on general enquiries apologised but was unable to find the reason. A real nuisance. Sub-standard service. I’m going to IGNORE their nuisance and incorrect text messages from now on.

GBLovely people Recently visited the Wolverhampton Branch. Got to say they were excellent and it as a really good experience. The staff were very helpful and kind, really nice to deal with and the optician took the time to tell me that I didn't need to report to DVLA whether I needed reading glasses as well as giving me advice about my new cataract. I've never had this advice before so excellent service.
