GBIncorrect time on text message My appointment in store - Ilford - was booked for 4.30pm on 21th May. I received instead a CENTRAL text message the day after indicating (WRONGLY) that the appointment was at 5pm ??!! I checked with the Ilford store and they confirmed that it was booked for 4.30! This had happened to me before. The lady on general enquiries apologised but was unable to find the reason. A real nuisance. Sub-standard service. I’m going to IGNORE their nuisance and incorrect text messages from now on.

GBBoots Optician Cribbs Causeway need to up their Game Boots Cribbs Causeway need to Tidy up the waiting areas, Sanitise all the equipment from the Start and quit the Sulky attitude verging on Rudeness when something goes wrong. This applies to the initial Team and Test not the Optician.Will go elsewhere

GBLovely people Recently visited the Wolverhampton Branch. Got to say they were excellent and it as a really good experience. The staff were very helpful and kind, really nice to deal with and the optician took the time to tell me that I didn't need to report to DVLA whether I needed reading glasses as well as giving me advice about my new cataract. I've never had this advice before so excellent service.

GBA satisfied customer I had excellent service from both Dan and Sam at Boots Lymington. Dan assisted when I was selecting frames. He was extremely patient as I was being very selective, even taking photos for me as I wanted input from family abroad. He was both friendly and professional. Sam assisted today when I was collecting my glasses. Very efficient as my glasses required a number of adjustments for a good fit. Very satisfied with both my glasses and the service.
