(2.4.24 - 13.4.24) and was greatly helped by Sara, Beth and Charlie who gave excellent service and effective guidance of products available. They each went out of their way to ensure I had all the information needed to make effective choices. They took time to share their particular expertise with me which I definitely appreciated - this made for a fautless experience where I received high level, efffective customer service. Well done everyone - you are all a credit to Boots Opticians, Romsey.

Incorrect time on text message My appointment in store - Ilford - was booked for 4.30pm on 21th May. I received instead a CENTRAL text message the day after indicating (WRONGLY) that the appointment was at 5pm ??!! I checked with the Ilford store and they confirmed that it was booked for 4.30! This had happened to me before. The lady on general enquiries apologised but was unable to find the reason. A real nuisance. Sub-standard service. I’m going to IGNORE their nuisance and incorrect text messages from now on.

The staff at the store were wonderful The staff at the store were wonderful, really friendly and made me and my baby who I was unable to leave elsewhere feel really welcome. Noting was too much trouble. Even down to helping me pick a pair of glasses at a reasonable price. Jen, Harvey and Rob were fab!

The Manager spent a lot of time with me getting my contact lens presciption the best it possibly can be. The regular staff all remember me when i come in for enquieries such as ordering an extra set of contact lenses. Minor repairs to glasses are completed quickly and to the best they can be. Good advice for choosing frames etc."
