Amazing service. Down to earth and a genuine sincerity to their approach. Yes they were busy but they still found time to give to my son and made him feel comfortable. Appalling customer service This was the first time I had a rye test at Boots Opticians and it was absolutely an appalling experience. I visited Boots Opticians at Shouthside shopping centre at Wandsworth. I felt it was like a factory going and being rushed throughout separate stages. They make you feel that you’re expecting to buy glasses after you’re done and most importantly they don’t give your eye prescription, which you’ve just paid for. Instead, you’d need to phone, email, and phone again for them to send it to you. Not impressed!

The staff at the store were wonderful The staff at the store were wonderful, really friendly and made me and my baby who I was unable to leave elsewhere feel really welcome. Noting was too much trouble. Even down to helping me pick a pair of glasses at a reasonable price. Jen, Harvey and Rob were fab!

Dissappointing service today from… Dissappointing service today from instore staff.. While seeing to another customer the assistant yelled across the shop and asked me what I wanted which I found quite embarrassing and after starting to explain I was then cut off mid sentence and told to make an appointment. I was tested at boots just over a month ago for long and short distance I opted for two pairs of long distance at a cost of £380 and was trying to order a pair of short distance glasses today but after that embarrassing episode it'll be bye bye boots opticians hello Specsavers from me.

5 star service Took my 5 year old for his first eye test and couldnt fault the service and the polite friendly helpful staff from start to finish. My little one was nervous but that quickly changed with the staff interaction with him and was very happy with a choice of sticker at the end lol
