5 star service Took my 5 year old for his first eye test and couldnt fault the service and the polite friendly helpful staff from start to finish. My little one was nervous but that quickly changed with the staff interaction with him and was very happy with a choice of sticker at the end lol

The three members of staff that I delt with were superb.Chris, Anna optometrist, Natalie who knew her stuff she was praising Boots for their working package given to new members. Superb training Reimbursed for being away from home while training. Boots are a superb company to work for.

Excellent Experience Had my 2 yearly eye test at Boots Bolton yesterday and couldn’t be happier. It was easy to book my appointment on line, the appointment was on time, all the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The optician spent time explaining the results of my eye test and answered all my questions and the assistant that helped me select my new glasses was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. There was a great selection of frames and a very good offer available. I would definitely recommend Boots opticians and would like to say thank you to Abdul and Matthew.

A satisfied customer I had excellent service from both Dan and Sam at Boots Lymington. Dan assisted when I was selecting frames. He was extremely patient as I was being very selective, even taking photos for me as I wanted input from family abroad. He was both friendly and professional. Sam assisted today when I was collecting my glasses. Very efficient as my glasses required a number of adjustments for a good fit. Very satisfied with both my glasses and the service.

(2.4.24 - 13.4.24) and was greatly helped by Sara, Beth and Charlie who gave excellent service and effective guidance of products available. They each went out of their way to ensure I had all the information needed to make effective choices. They took time to share their particular expertise with me which I definitely appreciated - this made for a fautless experience where I received high level, efffective customer service.
