GBExcellent Experience Had my 2 yearly eye test at Boots Bolton yesterday and couldn’t be happier. It was easy to book my appointment on line, the appointment was on time, all the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The optician spent time explaining the results of my eye test and answered all my questions and the assistant that helped me select my new glasses was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. There was a great selection of frames and a very good offer available. I would definitely recommend Boots opticians and would like to say thank you to Abdul and Matthew.

The three members of staff that I delt with were superb.Chris, Anna optometrist, Natalie who knew her stuff she was praising Boots for their working package given to new members. Superb training Reimbursed for being away from home while training. Boots are a superb company to work for.

GBI recently needed an eyesight test and… I recently needed an eyesight test and new glasses at Boots Opticians, Romsey, Hants. (2.4.24 - 13.4.24) and was greatly helped by Sara, Beth and Charlie who gave excellent service and effective guidance of products available. They each went out of their way to ensure I had all the information needed to make effective choices. They took time to share their particular expertise with me which I definitely appreciated - this made for a fautless experience where I received high level, efffective customer service. Well done everyone - you are all a credit to Boots Opticians, Romsey.

GBIncorrect time on text message My appointment in store - Ilford - was booked for 4.30pm on 21th May. I received instead a CENTRAL text message the day after indicating (WRONGLY) that the appointment was at 5pm ??!! I checked with the Ilford store and they confirmed that it was booked for 4.30! This had happened to me before. The lady on general enquiries apologised but was unable to find the reason. A real nuisance. Sub-standard service. I’m going to IGNORE their nuisance and incorrect text messages from now on.
