Boots Opticians Beckenham Great Team I went to Boots Opticians Beckenham and that is a great team. I have been seen in a minute. They did an eye test very professionally and got a GP referral. The lady who showed me the frames was really patient and kind. They checked all my old frames and lenses if any would be still useful. I ordered two pairs of glasses and one was half-price. Overall great experience, five star!

A satisfied customer I had excellent service from both Dan and Sam at Boots Lymington. Dan assisted when I was selecting frames. He was extremely patient as I was being very selective, even taking photos for me as I wanted input from family abroad. He was both friendly and professional. Sam assisted today when I was collecting my glasses. Very efficient as my glasses required a number of adjustments for a good fit. Very satisfied with both my glasses and the service.

Dissappointing service today from… Dissappointing service today from instore staff.. While seeing to another customer the assistant yelled across the shop and asked me what I wanted which I found quite embarrassing and after starting to explain I was then cut off mid sentence and told to make an appointment. I was tested at boots just over a month ago for long and short distance I opted for two pairs of long distance at a cost of £380 and was trying to order a pair of short distance glasses today but after that embarrassing episode it'll be bye bye boots opticians hello Specsavers from me.

Boots Optician Cribbs Causeway need to up their Game Boots Cribbs Causeway need to Tidy up the waiting areas, Sanitise all the equipment from the Start and quit the Sulky attitude verging on Rudeness when something goes wrong. This applies to the initial Team and Test not the Optician.Will go elsewhere

Excellent treatment all round. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The optician was very thorough with my examination and kept me informed all the way through the various tests.
