Wonderful to deal with from beginning to end… I needed to return my prescription sunglasses after I received them. I contacted customer service and they were EXCEPTIONAL through the return process. I was able to return the glasses and my account was credited back immediately. They also contacted my vision insurance to reinstate the benefits used. I have used Befitting in the past and will most certainly return when I look to purchase my next pair of glasses. My first time ordering sunglasses… My first time ordering sunglasses online. Kinda hesitant but did it anyway. No regrets. My Betsy Johnson sunglasses are adorable. Really happy with them! I was in no hurry to receive them which took over two weeks.

Better than I imagined I was a little apprehensive at first. The frames that I received were better than I had anticipated. I would say excellent. Also the fit is perfect. Progressive and photo sensitive lenses!!! Couldn’t ask for better.
