Thank you for the hard work This is the 2nd time I purchase a glass frame from Specs Collective. I placed my order on July 9 and got my glass frame delivered on Nov 9. The delay was not the fault of Specs Collective. Oliver has been responsive and helpful all along. According to my experience, they deliver the order fast and safe. Many thanks to Specs Collective and Oliver. Please support them more.

Poor and unprofessional service. The service of Specs Collective is total rubbish. I ordered a frame and paid $63 for an express UPS shipment. However, I received the frames after 15 days! The shipment does not include a return label, and now I have to pay another $63 to return an item I cannot use.

Needed to buy some nice eyeglass frames… Needed to buy some nice eyeglass frames and decided to check out spec collectives selection. Found many frames in the style I had in mind from many high quality frame designers, some I had never even heard of nor would have found if it wasn't for this website. Decided on frames from Yuichi Toyama, a brand I had never heard of before. The frames arrived quickly and were perfect! Great website with awesome eyeglass frames

Taking over a month Ordered glasses on May 1st, 2023 and it is already on June 7th. They told me the ETA would be the middle to end of May. However, I haven't received any updates or a tracking number. I have sent emails twice to ask if there is any updates but they always send emails back with the same message like "Thank you for your patience with your order. We have reached out to Yuichi Toyama requesting an update and will get back to you as soon as possible. " Now I'm kind of worried about if I can receive the product.

Mykita eyeglass frame Ordered a Mykita eyeglass frame from Specs Collective. Oliver was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Frame arrived NIB straight from Germany just as promised 46 days after order placed due to being on backorder. Will definitely order from them again in the future!
