Shipped and packaged protectively and frames arrived in great shape ready for my optometrist to put in lenses. Very pleased!

Mykita eyeglass frame Ordered a Mykita eyeglass frame from Specs Collective. Oliver was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Frame arrived NIB straight from Germany just as promised 46 days after order placed due to being on backorder. Will definitely order from them again in the future!

Ordered some glasses on the 26th June… Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.

Taking over a month Ordered glasses on May 1st, 2023 and it is already on June 7th. They told me the ETA would be the middle to end of May. However, I haven't received any updates or a tracking number. I have sent emails twice to ask if there is any updates but they always send emails back with the same message like "Thank you for your patience with your order. We have reached out to Yuichi Toyama requesting an update and will get back to you as soon as possible. " Now I'm kind of worried about if I can receive the product.
