Ordered some glasses on the 26th June… Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.

This is my second purchase from Specs… This is my second purchase from Specs Collective, both times dealing with Oliver who's been great! We'll see I might be purchasing sunglasses soon.

Rare finds and stellar customer service. I found Specs Collective while searching for a hard to find pair of Rhude Rhodeo frames. I wanted to customize them with my prescription. Oliver helped me with every step from custom tinting, lens selection, and frame fitting. He was kind, courteous and knew so much! The lab work was done in a matter of days-- sooner than thought. I got my package securely delivered. The packaging was meticulous! The products are well cared for! The Rhodeos are weighty, substantial and much more luxe in person than in pictures! Oliver and Specs Collective carries a superb collection of gems, but customer service is where they really stand out!! I absolutely love the way my tint, prescription and overall frames came out. Love Specs Collective! Amazing! I already own a pair of Kaelos Elliot’s and came back for a 2nd pair. Kealos Mittys. Oliver was simply outstanding to work with. He helped me to place my order and was prompt in answering all my questions, even about forecasted shipping. My new glasses came as projected today and the script is perfect and they are lighter weight than my Elliot lenses. They need a minor adjustment for fit which I can do here in NY. I will be sending my Elliot’s to specs collective to update with new script. Fantastic company with Fantastic service!
