Rare finds and stellar customer service. I found Specs Collective while searching for a hard to find pair of Rhude Rhodeo frames. I wanted to customize them with my prescription. Oliver helped me with every step from custom tinting, lens selection, and frame fitting. He was kind, courteous and knew so much! The lab work was done in a matter of days-- sooner than thought. I got my package securely delivered. The packaging was meticulous! The products are well cared for! The Rhodeos are weighty, substantial and much more luxe in person than in pictures! Oliver and Specs Collective carries a superb collection of gems, but customer service is where they really stand out!! I absolutely love the way my tint, prescription and overall frames came out. Poor and unprofessional service. The service of Specs Collective is total rubbish. I ordered a frame and paid $63 for an express UPS shipment. However, I received the frames after 15 days! The shipment does not include a return label, and now I have to pay another $63 to return an item I cannot use.

Highly recommended! Everything was perfect! The specialist, Oliver, was very kind and patient emailing me back and forth regarding the availability of the mykita studio frame I wanted which was out of stock everywhere. He was able to place an order for me and I received it within the timeframe he suggested. Thanks a ton. I will definitely be back for another pair.

Responsive customer service Responsive to email, took a little longer than I anticipated but they told me they were waiting on a response from the designers. I ordered 1/19 and received 2/1. Shipped and packaged protectively and frames arrived in great shape ready for my optometrist to put in lenses. Very pleased!

Ordered some glasses on the 26th June… Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.
