Responsive customer service Responsive to email, took a little longer than I anticipated but they told me they were waiting on a response from the designers. I ordered 1/19 and received 2/1. Shipped and packaged protectively and frames arrived in great shape ready for my optometrist to put in lenses. Very pleased!

Love Specs Collective! Amazing! I already own a pair of Kaelos Elliot’s and came back for a 2nd pair. Kealos Mittys. Oliver was simply outstanding to work with. He helped me to place my order and was prompt in answering all my questions, even about forecasted shipping. My new glasses came as projected today and the script is perfect and they are lighter weight than my Elliot lenses. They need a minor adjustment for fit which I can do here in NY. I will be sending my Elliot’s to specs collective to update with new script. Fantastic company with Fantastic service!

Ordered some glasses on the 26th June… Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.

Good choice, service and price. Had the color that the local shop couldn't get. Has a virtual try-on service. And price is good as well, with fast shipping and good communication.

Poor and unprofessional service. The service of Specs Collective is total rubbish. I ordered a frame and paid $63 for an express UPS shipment. However, I received the frames after 15 days! The shipment does not include a return label, and now I have to pay another $63 to return an item I cannot use.
