The delay was not the fault of Specs Collective. Oliver has been responsive and helpful all along. According to my experience, they deliver the order fast and safe. Fantastic Service Highly Recommended Ordering process was easy. Great communication confirming my order. Along with an email explaining when to expect an update and how long the shipping process takes. My glasses arrived within the estimated timeframe and are incredible. Really pleased with the frames. I made the right decision shopping with them! Great communication immediately updating the status of my item. However, it came much earlier than they even stated! Good packaging and I’m glad I went with them vs. another company. Next time I’ll have to add prescription lenses directly. They even carry a lot of contemporary brands I shop for.
