First time ordering from Specs… First time ordering from Specs Collective. Bought a hard to find pair of frames off the website. Got a promt response with info on when the order would ship. After getting a follow up email from Oliver, I decided to ask him if he had a lead on some hard to find replacement parts for some vintage Matsuda frames (that I didn't buy from them). Oliver went out of his way to find and source the parts I was looking for. Got everything I was looking for promptly with no issues. On this day of automation, it's refreshing to get personalized help from an actual human that is professional and enthusiastic about what they do. Thanks again Oliver. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect! The specialist, Oliver, was very kind and patient emailing me back and forth regarding the availability of the mykita studio frame I wanted which was out of stock everywhere. He was able to place an order for me and I received it within the timeframe he suggested. Thanks a ton. I will definitely be back for another pair.

I made the right decision shopping with them! Great communication immediately updating the status of my item. However, it came much earlier than they even stated! Good packaging and I’m glad I went with them vs. another company. Next time I’ll have to add prescription lenses directly. They even carry a lot of contemporary brands I shop for.

Poor and unprofessional service. The service of Specs Collective is total rubbish. I ordered a frame and paid $63 for an express UPS shipment. However, I received the frames after 15 days! The shipment does not include a return label, and now I have to pay another $63 to return an item I cannot use.
