AUPoor and unprofessional service. The service of Specs Collective is total rubbish. I ordered a frame and paid $63 for an express UPS shipment. However, I received the frames after 15 days! The shipment does not include a return label, and now I have to pay another $63 to return an item I cannot use.

COTaking over a month Ordered glasses on May 1st, 2023 and it is already on June 7th. They told me the ETA would be the middle to end of May. However, I haven't received any updates or a tracking number. I have sent emails twice to ask if there is any updates but they always send emails back with the same message like "Thank you for your patience with your order. We have reached out to Yuichi Toyama requesting an update and will get back to you as soon as possible. " Now I'm kind of worried about if I can receive the product.
