Great Customer Service I broke my glasses and needed a new pair. I found a pair of sunglasses and called to see if clear lenses could be used. We decided to correspond through email for the rest of the transaction. The customer service was great, they humored all of my ideas when comparing frames, and they turned around a rendering with the frames on me to preview extremely quickly. They also allowed me to split the cost with an HSA and upgrade my shipping to overnight. The lenses are spot on with my prescription and the AR coating that comes by default is nice. I would absolutely recommend working with them, just reach out to them and I imagine you'll receive a similar experience.

Found many frames in the style I had in mind from many high quality frame designers, some I had never even heard of nor would have found if it wasn't for this website. The product names and their respective order numbers are Oliver Peoples Lachman (#8958) and Oliver Peoples Bernardo (#8958). I just wanted to know the status of my order? Ordered some glasses on the 26th June… Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.
