Unusual customer service, poor quality I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on Feb. 6 and the website says delivery within 3-7 days. This was a birthday gift so I reached out to ensure I will receive the order by Feb. 23 and I mentioned to cancel the order if they think they cant make the date. Merchant confirmed the delivery date but the order never arrived in Feb. I received it before mid March. I didn’t need the order anymore and plus it had a scratch on it. I contacted customer service and was told to return the order at my cost so that I can get refunded, very unusual. Lengthy and time consuming experience shopping from this online store.

I misplaced a pair of Michael Kohrs… I misplaced a pair of Michael Kohrs sunglasses and have been hunting for a replacement for quite some time. I was cautious because I had never bought anything from this company before, but I was pleasantly delighted. This shop not only had them, but also mailed them out right away, and I got them in less than a week. They were completely new and in excellent condition.

Legitimate and trustworthy! Benesee Eyewear is a legitimate and trust worthy eyewear company. I ordered 2 Easyclip Turboflex frames with prescription lenses which are sold with 1 sunglass clip-on each at BOGO 1/2 price. I then had to order 4 extra clip-ons separately for future use. I paid through STRIPE which is similar to PayPal. My order arrived 100% complete in about 2 weeks! The prescription lenses are perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied! BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! Not to mention, Ray (the gentleman who helped me every step of the way) was very diligent in assuring me that my order is correct. He replied to my questions very quickly. I will certainly recommend Benesee Eyewear to whoever I talk to about purchasing prescription eyewear on line. Easy Shopping & Good Selection I just ordered two pair of frames that I had been eyeing on the site for a few weeks. Good selection! The pages were sometimes a little slow to load, but otherwise it was easy to navigate. I would like to be able to see a close-up of the frame images, but besides that I had fun shopping. Looking forward to my new frames!
