Extremely satisfied customer! I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Ray and everyone else at Benesee Eyewear. I ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter and received the correct brand and model, but in the wrong color. My daughter was disappointed so I reached out to inquire about returning them. Ray promptly returned my email and agreed to send out the correct color version right away. I was pleasantly surprised with this outcome and even more surprised when he told me to keep the other set as spares. As someone who works in customer service I appreciate the steps this company has taken to care for their customers.

Unpleasant experience I ordered glasses on April 15th with the expectation that I would get them within 7 to 10 business days. I received them today, May 20th. Unfortunately, I cannot see any better with them. Correct frames, etc. I would never order from again due to the extremely long wait. They claim to have 24/7 customer service; however, they are not available on the weekends or anytime before 10am or after 6 pm during the week.

I first purchased a pair of frames locally, then went online to Benesee Eyewear and discovered the exact same pair for a much lower price. The shipping is quick. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Easy Shopping & Good Selection I just ordered two pair of frames that I had been eyeing on the site for a few weeks. Good selection! The pages were sometimes a little slow to load, but otherwise it was easy to navigate. I would like to be able to see a close-up of the frame images, but besides that I had fun shopping. Looking forward to my new frames!
