My beautiful frames arrived complete with lenses (complex prescription, astigmatism etc) and I could not be happier. Thank you!

Easy Shopping & Good Selection I just ordered two pair of frames that I had been eyeing on the site for a few weeks. Good selection! The pages were sometimes a little slow to load, but otherwise it was easy to navigate. I would like to be able to see a close-up of the frame images, but besides that I had fun shopping. Looking forward to my new frames!

A large assortment of frames is… A large assortment of frames is available. I was seeking for a certain sort of frame - one that was flexible and could be used with clip-on sunglasses. I looked at various websites as well as local service providers. Benesee Eyewear has just what I needed and at a reasonable price. Shipping was also unexpectedly fast!

Unpleasant experience I ordered glasses on April 15th with the expectation that I would get them within 7 to 10 business days. I received them today, May 20th. Unfortunately, I cannot see any better with them. Correct frames, etc. I would never order from again due to the extremely long wait. They claim to have 24/7 customer service; however, they are not available on the weekends or anytime before 10am or after 6 pm during the week.

Unusual customer service, poor quality I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on Feb. 6 and the website says delivery within 3-7 days. This was a birthday gift so I reached out to ensure I will receive the order by Feb. 23 and I mentioned to cancel the order if they think they cant make the date. Merchant confirmed the delivery date but the order never arrived in Feb. I received it before mid March. I didn’t need the order anymore and plus it had a scratch on it. I contacted customer service and was told to return the order at my cost so that I can get refunded, very unusual. Lengthy and time consuming experience shopping from this online store.
