Shopping on the Benesee Eyewear website was simple, and my order arrived in the timeframe indicated, with the glasses looking just as they did on the website. My glasses also came with the brand's case and lens towel, which was exactly what I expected when ordering from my own optometrist.

Unpleasant experience I ordered glasses on April 15th with the expectation that I would get them within 7 to 10 business days. I received them today, May 20th. Unfortunately, I cannot see any better with them. Correct frames, etc. I would never order from again due to the extremely long wait. They claim to have 24/7 customer service; however, they are not available on the weekends or anytime before 10am or after 6 pm during the week.
