Because I couldn't find any frames I… Because I couldn't find any frames I liked at my optometrist's office, I purchased them online. Shopping on the Benesee Eyewear website was simple, and my order arrived in the timeframe indicated, with the glasses looking just as they did on the website. My glasses also came with the brand's case and lens towel, which was exactly what I expected when ordering from my own optometrist.

Unusual customer service, poor quality I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on Feb. 6 and the website says delivery within 3-7 days. This was a birthday gift so I reached out to ensure I will receive the order by Feb. 23 and I mentioned to cancel the order if they think they cant make the date. Merchant confirmed the delivery date but the order never arrived in Feb. I received it before mid March. I didn’t need the order anymore and plus it had a scratch on it. I contacted customer service and was told to return the order at my cost so that I can get refunded, very unusual. Lengthy and time consuming experience shopping from this online store.

Unpleasant experience I ordered glasses on April 15th with the expectation that I would get them within 7 to 10 business days. I received them today, May 20th. Unfortunately, I cannot see any better with them. Correct frames, etc. I would never order from again due to the extremely long wait. They claim to have 24/7 customer service; however, they are not available on the weekends or anytime before 10am or after 6 pm during the week.

This is the second time I've purchased… This is the second time I've purchased glasses from Benesee Eyewear. I first purchased a pair of frames locally, then went online to Benesee Eyewear and discovered the exact same pair for a much lower price. The shipping is quick. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Super disappointed in my recent order Super disappointed in my recent order with Benesee. I was doing some early Christmas shopping and ordered two pair of Oakley Sunglasses at a great price. I was contacted soon after placing my order to tell me that they had a webpage error on their backend that had listed the price lower than they can sell it for. They offered to charge my card for the difference in price of what the sunglasses should have been listed for, but that price was at regular retail pricing, so I opted for a refund.
