Unusual customer service, poor quality I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on Feb. 6 and the website says delivery within 3-7 days. This was a birthday gift so I reached out to ensure I will receive the order by Feb. 23 and I mentioned to cancel the order if they think they cant make the date. Merchant confirmed the delivery date but the order never arrived in Feb. I received it before mid March. I didn’t need the order anymore and plus it had a scratch on it. I contacted customer service and was told to return the order at my cost so that I can get refunded, very unusual. Lengthy and time consuming experience shopping from this online store.

Have been searching for the perfect… Have been searching for the perfect frames for months and finally found them here. Was skeptical at first, but the customer service was exceptional. My beautiful frames arrived complete with lenses (complex prescription, astigmatism etc) and I could not be happier. Thank you!

New Favorite Place for Glasses I was looking for eyeglasses to buy since I didn't want to go through my optometrist as the markup is very high. I found Benesee which has the frames I wanted at very competitive prices. I was skeptical because it's a new site. I took a chance and had no regrets. The customer service was exceptional. Ray helped me locate my order when the shipping confirmation email didn't reach my inbox for some reason. Now I'm going to shop here first every time I look for glasses.

Extremely satisfied customer! I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Ray and everyone else at Benesee Eyewear. I ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter and received the correct brand and model, but in the wrong color. My daughter was disappointed so I reached out to inquire about returning them. Ray promptly returned my email and agreed to send out the correct color version right away. I was pleasantly surprised with this outcome and even more surprised when he told me to keep the other set as spares. As someone who works in customer service I appreciate the steps this company has taken to care for their customers.
