Great selection of authentic designer… Great selection of authentic designer frames. Prescription lens process takes a little longer than usual, but overall I’m very pleased with my new eyeglasses! Shipping consisted of quality/substantial packaging & my glasses arrived damage-free. Be prepared for 10-15 day wait, otherwise A+!!

The plus with then Designer Eyes is you have to sign for package, verifying delivery. The sunglasses I ordered were exactly as pictured. I am looking forward to wearing them.

Excellent Customer Support I have had a great experiences for sometimes doing online shopping in this address. Customer support team was so nice to chat for getting helps. I do online shopping a lot, and I am sure there are not so much bands have the great customer service like this.

Customer Service is Paramount I ordered some hard-to-get (old stock) frames from the store in Century City, Los Angeles but was told a week later that the order had to be cancelled because the frames were discovered to be damaged. My refund was made immediately and I received a telephone call with the details of the cancellation. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service that was rendered in finding the frames, placing the order and in the subsequent follow-up. Though I'm disappointed not to have the frames, I'll do business with this store again because of their attention and professionalism! Special thanks to Eric at that shop.
