GBA++ Customer Service 1 of 2 frames I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Jeza there reached out to me via email the day the first pair shipped clearly explaining my options. When I opted for an alternate frame I feel she went above and beyond to ensure I still got a frame I would love and they proceeded to ship out following day from the first pair. Customer service at this level deserves applause. Hats off to you Jeza & team. A++++

GBGreat glasses - great customer service I really loved the sunglasses I purchased but incorrectly ordered the wrong “tint”. Customer Service was very helpful regarding my exchange. When I messed up my exchange and complicated everything they were very helpful in effortlessly handling the situation and getting the right items back to me.

GBI own over 100 sunglasses from quay to… I own over 100 sunglasses from quay to gucci,Givenchy Amazon sunglasses etc..this was the first and last time I purchase from DIFF EYEWEAR ,they have horrible customer service,I tried contacting them which they only have email and they did not respond for days in which I was ordered the 1 pair which was the wrong style the other pair was ok..so I returned both pair in the 15 day return window..and they shorted me over 20$ on my return...never again and the quality was just ok

GBReliable & Trustworthy Diff has the best customer service. On the extremely rare occasion something doesn’t go smooth they do their best to make it right. The quality of the lenses is phenomenal. I’ve tried different sites, but Diff is by far the superior choice. I’ve been purchasing from their site since 2018 and will remain a loyal customer. The only thing I would like to see is more variety. Other sites have variety, but not quality. So overall it’s not a deal breaker.

GBCute glasses but average buying experience I bought four pairs of glasses. One reader, one sunny and two Rx. The readers and sunnies arrived as ordered. One Rx arrived in the wrong color and the other, too big. After being asked the photograph all of the received glasses with their serial number I was sent the correct color Rx, was told to keep the incorrect color and they’d send me up to $15 to have the too big glasses adjusted. The staff got back to me throughout the several week process fairly quickly and were quite nice. I get compliments on the Rx and readers fun styling. All in all, an average experience.
