Great glasses - great customer service I really loved the sunglasses I purchased but incorrectly ordered the wrong “tint”. Customer Service was very helpful regarding my exchange. When I messed up my exchange and complicated everything they were very helpful in effortlessly handling the situation and getting the right items back to me.

A++ Customer Service 1 of 2 frames I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Jeza there reached out to me via email the day the first pair shipped clearly explaining my options. When I opted for an alternate frame I feel she went above and beyond to ensure I still got a frame I would love and they proceeded to ship out following day from the first pair. Customer service at this level deserves applause. Hats off to you Jeza & team. A++++

I wanted to make an exchange today I wanted to make an exchange today. when I got on the website, I initially found the ability to make an easy exchange very difficult and frustrating. When I clicked on "contact us", I thought, "here we go with the runaround". Much to my surprise, Emma showed up on the "chat box" and was extremely helpful and patient! I took too long to find what I wanted to exchange, so my session expired. I got back on and then Mimi helped me through the rest of the process - & it was seamless!
