A++ Customer Service 1 of 2 frames I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Jeza there reached out to me via email the day the first pair shipped clearly explaining my options. When I opted for an alternate frame I feel she went above and beyond to ensure I still got a frame I would love and they proceeded to ship out following day from the first pair. Customer service at this level deserves applause. Hats off to you Jeza & team. A++++

Star Wars and Diff I purchased the original princess Leia rose gold eyeglasses from Diff as well as R2-D2 sunnies. I absolutely love them. High quality construction. The Leia glasses are prescription and the lenses came out great. I highly recommend Diff.

When I clicked on "contact us", I thought, "here we go with the runaround". Much to my surprise, Emma showed up on the "chat box" and was extremely helpful and patient! I took too long to find what I wanted to exchange, so my session expired. I got back on and then Mimi helped me through the rest of the process - & it was seamless! Several pairs of sunglasses with no… Several pairs of sunglasses with no problems at all. Ordered prescription glasses and had a whole different experience. Lack of help lack of response questions not answered. Eventually just canceled the order. Guess they are fine if you don't need any help with anything.
