Best sunglasses! I’ve bought quite a few pairs of sunglasses now through Diff, all have been so durable and still look good after lots of use. I got the extended warranty for one of the pairs that I knew I’d wear the most, I was moving and put my glasses in a spot that unfortunately ended up scratching the lens. I emailed about the warranty and only a few emails later I got a replacement pair, was by far the easiest warranty claim I’ve ever done! Highly recommend this company, I’m not sure that I will buy glasses from anyone else.

When I clicked on "contact us", I thought, "here we go with the runaround". Much to my surprise, Emma showed up on the "chat box" and was extremely helpful and patient! I took too long to find what I wanted to exchange, so my session expired. I got back on and then Mimi helped me through the rest of the process - & it was seamless!
