CABest sunglasses! I’ve bought quite a few pairs of sunglasses now through Diff, all have been so durable and still look good after lots of use. I got the extended warranty for one of the pairs that I knew I’d wear the most, I was moving and put my glasses in a spot that unfortunately ended up scratching the lens. I emailed about the warranty and only a few emails later I got a replacement pair, was by far the easiest warranty claim I’ve ever done! Highly recommend this company, I’m not sure that I will buy glasses from anyone else.

GBCute glasses but average buying experience I bought four pairs of glasses. One reader, one sunny and two Rx. The readers and sunnies arrived as ordered. One Rx arrived in the wrong color and the other, too big. After being asked the photograph all of the received glasses with their serial number I was sent the correct color Rx, was told to keep the incorrect color and they’d send me up to $15 to have the too big glasses adjusted. The staff got back to me throughout the several week process fairly quickly and were quite nice. I get compliments on the Rx and readers fun styling. All in all, an average experience.

GBA++ Customer Service 1 of 2 frames I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Jeza there reached out to me via email the day the first pair shipped clearly explaining my options. When I opted for an alternate frame I feel she went above and beyond to ensure I still got a frame I would love and they proceeded to ship out following day from the first pair. Customer service at this level deserves applause. Hats off to you Jeza & team. A++++

CABrutal customer service and shipping times Seven weeks before basic readers were delivered. These were only delivered because I escalated it. Then they proceed to charge me duty because Diff rushed it with two day shipping and now they won’t refund me the shipping cost. I’ve taken my complaint to BBB for a refund. Crappiest customer service I’ve literally ever received

GBFollow up review: Follow up review: I never received an email back but package changed to shipped and then delivered. Tried emailing again, wouldn't refund me or send new pair even though it states it is insured mail. They "opened a case" whatever that means. I contacted my post office and filed a stolen package. This company is actually terrible I can't believe they have any positive reviews.
