GBAwful!!! Awful!!!! I fill in the right prescription and their website made mistake. They want me to pay again to redo the glasses. I will never order from them again. They are refusing to give my money back. - what policy? When you are buying the glasses there not policy on the website for the costumer to read. Now the lensmart want to enforce a policy. I add the right prescription and the website made mistake. Don't order prescription glasses from lensmart.

ATGreat glasses and excellent customer service I was pleasantly surprised with the Zoe clip-on glasses! It's my first clip-on glasses and I love it. 😍 Unfortunately, I made a mistake by the ordering, which only became clear when I received the glasses. I wrote to the customer service, who helped me quickly, kindly and flexibly and the new glasses are already on their way. I can only recommend the Lensmart team and I will order again.

CAWrong prescription correct and exact match to my uploaded prescription. How did an error happen with my previous order? Waiting to hear back. So disappointed. To update, they asked me to take down my bad review and they would do better. I'm still waiting to hear back about my new lenses, but I think they are going to string me along til I get pissed off and walk away. I've sent pictures like they've asked, camera too low then too high, then put glassed on. Like WTH!
