Best site I have found for glasses So many cute styles it's hard to decide lol. I gravitate more towards the frames with model pics. They are really helpful. So that's my only complaint, there are too many frames with no modeling pics! Edit: After reading some of the bad reviews below I want to add, I'm in the process of doing an exchange and it's going smoothly for me. I was sent a USPS return label. And it clearly states on their site, the 15 days is from the date of receiving package to your initial contact email. Follow the rules and you shouldn't have an issue.

Lensmart is the best! Lensmart is one of the BEST places I have order glasses from before. Received them in a timely fashion. If you have any issues with glasses and needs to contact them they are really fast and professional on responding. Ordering prescription glasses here has been one of the easiest things I have ever done every easy putting in your prescription.

The glasses were "Medium" width The glasses were "Medium" width, but were very large on my face. I tried to contact customer service, but was unable to do so online. Your return policy is vague anyway. I will throw away the glasses and make sure to never order again.

Awful!!! Awful!!!! I fill in the right prescription and their website made mistake. They want me to pay again to redo the glasses. I will never order from them again. They are refusing to give my money back. - what policy? When you are buying the glasses there not policy on the website for the costumer to read. Now the lensmart want to enforce a policy. I add the right prescription and the website made mistake. Don't order prescription glasses from lensmart.
