CAWrong prescription correct and exact match to my uploaded prescription. How did an error happen with my previous order? Waiting to hear back. So disappointed. To update, they asked me to take down my bad review and they would do better. I'm still waiting to hear back about my new lenses, but I think they are going to string me along til I get pissed off and walk away. I've sent pictures like they've asked, camera too low then too high, then put glassed on. Like WTH!

GBExcellent customer service!!! Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend purchasing eyeglasses from this company. The glasses are very unique, one of a kind. I plan to order more it’s definitely worth the price. Kudos, keep up the good work!

GBBest site I have found for glasses So many cute styles it's hard to decide lol. I gravitate more towards the frames with model pics. They are really helpful. So that's my only complaint, there are too many frames with no modeling pics! Edit: After reading some of the bad reviews below I want to add, I'm in the process of doing an exchange and it's going smoothly for me. I was sent a USPS return label. And it clearly states on their site, the 15 days is from the date of receiving package to your initial contact email. Follow the rules and you shouldn't have an issue.

GBAwful customer service! Awful customer service!! They sent me through wrong pair (after waiting forever to receive them). They then sent me generic (probably automatic) replies to me asking when I will receive my new pair. I will never buy from them again.
