I am so in love with my frames… I am so in love with my frames from Lensmart! I got both the Danica and the Aiyana frames, and as someone who struggles with finding glasses that suit my face shape, these frames did not disappoint. Given how affordable Lensmart products are, I was worried that the quality of the glasses would not be that great. There was no need to worry though, because the quality is top notch. The glasses are super sturdy and the prescription lenses that I ordered are amazingly accurate. I honestly prefer my Lensmart glasses over the frames I got at the optometrist.

The best customer service The best customer service! Had an issue with one of the lenses out of a pair of sunglasses I ordered, and they were quick to do everything they could to rectify the situation! Happy with the other glasses I ordered as well. Will definitely order again!

Wrong prescription correct and exact match to my uploaded prescription. How did an error happen with my previous order? Waiting to hear back. So disappointed. To update, they asked me to take down my bad review and they would do better. I'm still waiting to hear back about my new lenses, but I think they are going to string me along til I get pissed off and walk away. I've sent pictures like they've asked, camera too low then too high, then put glassed on. Like WTH!

Correcting An Order I ordered multiple pairs of glasses and one the prescription is not correct. I emailed them and instead of telling me EVERYTHING I need to do I’m being told per email. I feel like it’s a game. Send your prescription and PD. Try on the glasses and do this, this, and this. Send us a pic of you wearing the glasses. What will a pic prove. If the vision is off in ONE out of multiple pairs purchased why is it such a hassle? I’ll let the BBB deal with them. Never ordering from them again.
