I started saving loads of money when I switched to lensmart, they have an unlimited selection of styles and colors and the prices are so great I can actually afford to have the styles I want when I want. Best of all lensmarts customer support is amazing. I received one set of glasses that had a loose screw that didn't want to go in the arm and they are sending me a brand new pair no cost. I recommend lensmart to anyone who needs new glasses!

Awful customer service! Awful customer service!! They sent me through wrong pair (after waiting forever to receive them). They then sent me generic (probably automatic) replies to me asking when I will receive my new pair. I will never buy from them again.

The best customer service The best customer service! Had an issue with one of the lenses out of a pair of sunglasses I ordered, and they were quick to do everything they could to rectify the situation! Happy with the other glasses I ordered as well. Will definitely order again!

The glasses were "Medium" width The glasses were "Medium" width, but were very large on my face. I tried to contact customer service, but was unable to do so online. Your return policy is vague anyway. I will throw away the glasses and make sure to never order again.
