Easy and Quick I was hesitant to order contact lens online in case they took a long time to come or I entered the information wrong. But I had no problems. I filled out the form, uploaded the prescription and received confirmation of the order and also that they had confirmed I entered the prescription correctly. They arrived sooner than excepted in a small cardboard box.

Can't even get a status update I placed an order 4 days ago. I know this doesn't sound long, but normally this company is quick. My order was incorrect so they corrected and I haven't heard anything since. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I would have canceled my order if I had known it was going to take days just to process my order. I have called and left a message to get a status update and I've emailed 4 times. No response. I called today two different times and no one is available so I get sent to voicemail. I also paid extra for faster shipping and I'm still waiting. Feels like I'm being ripped off.
