GBContactlens.com cheap and quick Contactlens.com had the cheapest price that I could find on hydraglyde lenses. Other places seemed to be cheaper, but when you consider the extra fees they charge, they weren't. In addition, I received the contacts in a timely manner in a good condition.

GBHORRIBLE This was horrible. I guess this is what I get for trying to order discounted contacts. I never received my contacts even though the USPS said it was delivered. Their tracking number doesn't allow you to file a claim for the year of contacts I just ordered so your package is not insured. Usually when you purchase goods a good vendor make sure it arrives to you regardless of the third party that is involved. All they did was copy and paste things from the USPS website and took no responsibility in making sure their goods are delivered.

GBCan't even get a status update I placed an order 4 days ago. I know this doesn't sound long, but normally this company is quick. My order was incorrect so they corrected and I haven't heard anything since. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I would have canceled my order if I had known it was going to take days just to process my order. I have called and left a message to get a status update and I've emailed 4 times. No response. I called today two different times and no one is available so I get sent to voicemail. I also paid extra for faster shipping and I'm still waiting. Feels like I'm being ripped off.

GBHas gone downhill I liked buying from this company for a long time. Their website is easy to use and reorder from. But this time my experience was not good. I ordered lenses on 12/4 - the website didn't show that they were out of stock. I wrote a few days later to see what was happening because the order showed as still processing. On 12/8 they told me they didn't have them because they say they're discontinued - but they'd get them "any day" from another company. I asked if delivery could be expedited after all this time. It looks like they created a label on 12/19 - didn't give to the post office until 12/22 - and sent it *UPS Ground* at the height of XMas rush. So after keeping me on the hook that I'd get them any day after 12/8, I am now supposed to get them on 12/28 according to the tracking. I would of course have bought from another company had I realized they were: 1. out of stock; and then 2. not going to ship them ASAP. They did answer messages so I'm giving 2 stars for that - but lesson learned! I'm ordering now from a company I've used before that ships same day & has them in stock - I'm paying for overnight shipping because I've been waiting so long - and I bet they'll still be here ahead of the Contactlens.com lenses I ordered 4 weeks earlier...
