The only time I needed to contact customer service (I was changing the mailing address after the order had been processed) they responded quickly and did their best to help. Has gone downhill I liked buying from this company for a long time. Their website is easy to use and reorder from. But this time my experience was not good. I ordered lenses on 12/4 - the website didn't show that they were out of stock. I wrote a few days later to see what was happening because the order showed as still processing. On 12/8 they told me they didn't have them because they say they're discontinued - but they'd get them "any day" from another company. I asked if delivery could be expedited after all this time. It looks like they created a label on 12/19 - didn't give to the post office until 12/22 - and sent it *UPS Ground* at the height of XMas rush. So after keeping me on the hook that I'd get them any day after 12/8, I am now supposed to get them on 12/28 according to the tracking. I would of course have bought from another company had I realized they were: 1. out of stock; and then 2. not going to ship them ASAP. They did answer messages so I'm giving 2 stars for that - but lesson learned! I'm ordering now from a company I've used before that ships same day & has them in stock - I'm paying for overnight shipping because I've been waiting so long - and I bet they'll still be here ahead of the Contactlens.com lenses I ordered 4 weeks earlier...
