When i did i emailed and customer service responded within the hour! I repurchased the correct contacts, returned my incorrect order and was refunded in full within a week. GBI've been getti great company great experience and great customer serviceng my contacts from… I've been getting my contacts from contact lens for a number of years they've always been there for me when I needed them. I'm so happy that I found them years ago not only do they give great customer service but they also have great prices on their contacts I wouldn't use anybody else

GBI ordered contact 3 weeks ago I ordered contact 3 weeks ago. My order still says processing. They got the money that night though. When I emailed them a week ago they said my prescription is not common have to order direct from the manufacturer. I've had this prescription for 4 years and I've never had a problem ordering it from any other company. I will never order from them again. I wont wait a month for contacts that I can order from somewhere else and get them in a week. My eye doctor had them in stock in the office for God's sake. I was able to get a pair while I waited for these since they're taking so long.
