When I emailed them a week ago they said my prescription is not common have to order direct from the manufacturer. I've had this prescription for 4 years and I've never had a problem ordering it from any other company. I will never order from them again. I wont wait a month for contacts that I can order from somewhere else and get them in a week. My eye doctor had them in stock in the office for God's sake. I was able to get a pair while I waited for these since they're taking so long.
