USGreat customer service (even when things go off the rails) I'm a longtime customer. This year, I have been moving state to state throughout the summer. The last location I was in, I ordered contacts but had to leave before they arrived. Ack! They were returned to LensFast. I contacted the company and Melissa received the return and dispatched them to my new address! Very polite, helpful, and professional. The contacts are always in date and feel great!

USCan't even get a status update I placed an order 4 days ago. I know this doesn't sound long, but normally this company is quick. My order was incorrect so they corrected and I haven't heard anything since. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I would have canceled my order if I had known it was going to take days just to process my order. I have called and left a message to get a status update and I've emailed 4 times. No response. I called today two different times and no one is available so I get sent to voicemail. I also paid extra for faster shipping and I'm still waiting. Feels like I'm being ripped off.
