I am buying all my glasses from David Kind Great service and knowledgeable employees. They were prompt to ship out try-on kit and helped me pick a pair of eyeglasses that fit my person the best. I would highly recommend them for your next eyeglasses purchase. Eyeglasses were of high quality material (Titanium/Acetate) and felt solid in hand. Lenses are very clear and have a good anti-reflective coating. Plus, they gave me a discount for turning in my old pair of glasses to donate to someone in need, so its a win-win. In addition, they offer a 10-year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects, so I can rest assured that David Kind stands behind their quality craftmanship.

Please come back, David Kind! I wish I had better understanding on what is going on with David Kind! I absolutely love the look and feel of both pairs (Finn and Roman) I’ve purchased over the past few years… but something has changed with customer service and responsiveness within the last year! The temple on Finn unexpectedly broke one morning and I inquired after warranty (advertised as 10 yr) or repair. Roman could use a tune up too. I received a response saying that they are no longer doing refurbishing/tuneups, but could send me a replacement temple piece for $50. I said yes please and asked for more details on what the warranty actually covers…. And no response. I’ve emailed several times since and have received no reply. Genuinely confused as to what is going on! There is nothing on their website saying to expect delays in response, or that they are short staffed, or closing the business. I was hoping for this to be my last stop for eyewear, and am actually quite disappointed that seems to not be possible at this point.

Tightening up and new lenses are great Tightening up and new lenses are great. My small complaint is that the area inside the frame where it meets the lens was not cleaned up (they're clear frames). *EDIT* - quick response from Sami and offered to remedy the situation immediately. The team from DK has offered excellent customer service and I'll be buying another pair soon.

Solid style and superb quality Second pair of glasses from David Kind. I previously purchased optical glasses w/ a sunglasses clip, and recently snagged a pair of optical glasses with transition lenses. After 3 years of wearing, acetate has held up beautifully and Trivex lenses are scratch free. Look forward to wearing the new pair just as long. Solid style and superb quality.

Highly Recommend! The best frames I have ever had. The Wexler was titanium light and Japanese quality which is ideal for my high index Perscription. Very pleased with the frame and final glasses. Customer service was quick, kind, considerate and professional and quickly solved a fitting issue. Chat response is one of the best in the industry. I highly recommend David Kind!
