GBDavid Kind glasses have very high… David Kind glasses have very high quality frames and lenses. In addition, they include wonderful glass cases and cleaner with the purchase. Frame designs are classic and attractive. Do your research to find the proper size. The trial is very helpful for this purpose. Great company!

GBGreat Quality Frames received in kit were of the highest quality. Limited selection, but the quality and styles offered make up for this to some extent. Good client service from the stylist; friendly interaction during a requested phone call needed for clarification. In the end, I was not able to move forward - but next time around I hope to find the right frames for my needs and try again.

GBEverything was smooth Everything was quick and easy to maneuver through the step. When I needed help the got back to me promptly and I live my glasses. I was out last night and took them off to read a menu and left them on a window sill. Luckily I went back to the restaurant and they were there. I was so relieved since I just got them and really liked them.

GBOutstanding speed from order to… Outstanding speed from order to delivery. Glasses were exactly as shown. Fit was just a bit off, nothing I couldn’t adjust on my own though. Overall, tremendously satisfied, this is my second pair of Kind’s. I regularly get compliments on the glasses.

GBPlease come back, David Kind! I wish I had better understanding on what is going on with David Kind! I absolutely love the look and feel of both pairs (Finn and Roman) I’ve purchased over the past few years… but something has changed with customer service and responsiveness within the last year! The temple on Finn unexpectedly broke one morning and I inquired after warranty (advertised as 10 yr) or repair. Roman could use a tune up too. I received a response saying that they are no longer doing refurbishing/tuneups, but could send me a replacement temple piece for $50. I said yes please and asked for more details on what the warranty actually covers…. And no response. I’ve emailed several times since and have received no reply. Genuinely confused as to what is going on! There is nothing on their website saying to expect delays in response, or that they are short staffed, or closing the business. I was hoping for this to be my last stop for eyewear, and am actually quite disappointed that seems to not be possible at this point.
