GBAvoid For Rx Remarkably responsive service, but suboptimal quality of finished product. I am now skeptical about the quality of the lenses and accuracy by which a prescription can be filled off an online photo. After month of trying the provided Rx frames, Ive gone back to my old frames & lenses as they cause less eye strain despite the same prescription. I would caution anyone buying prescription glasses through this service.

GBFantastic Direct-to-Consumer Eyewear Company I've used David Kind for my sunglasses the past 8 years, ordering at least one pair per year. I've yet to be disappointed by their glasses, with amazing lightweight frames and the highest-quality lenses I've ever worn. I decided to make the jump to a more expensive pair of glasses after wearing Warby Parker glasses for a few years. I wanted something more durable, had a better warranty, and offered a superior quality of lens. I found all of those with David Kind and don't plan to look anywhere else anytime soon for my glasses needs.

GBGreat online glasses option with home try-on! I was looking for a new option for home try-on glasses beyond the usual suspects and stumbled on David Kind. I love the way they have you pick three options and their stylist picks an additional three! I ended up getting one of my picks and one of hers. They even added nose pads to accommodate my sensitive skin. Definitely recommend!

GBWorst Online Shopping Experience I’ve Ever Had It took almost two months to receive my glasses. I emailed customer service around 10 times during that time, and only received 2-3 responses, and those only after several days. I never received confirmation emails or updates without asking several times. When the glasses arrived, they were extremely low quality—I’ve paid $20 for better glasses. I returned them, following the companies instructions, but have yet to receive my refund or any email update. In fact, the survey is the first automated message I’ve received from the company since I placed my order. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
