Pining for previous service experience I bought my last 2 frames from D/K, and I told everyone it was a 5+ star experience; however, this most recent experience is disappointing. There were long delays in communications, and my 2 recent messages have been unanswered for 2 weeks. I want to be a life-long D/K customer, and I'll always cheer for D/K success; however, I can't give a strong rating this time around.

Petite frames -- thank you! I appreciate that David Kind has a selection of adult frames for petite faces -- thank you! In addition, I have a really strong prescription and usually need to have lenses remade once or twice when I get new eyeglasses, but David Kind got the lenses perfect the first time. I am so thankful and so happy with my purchase!

Great online glasses option with home try-on! I was looking for a new option for home try-on glasses beyond the usual suspects and stumbled on David Kind. I love the way they have you pick three options and their stylist picks an additional three! I ended up getting one of my picks and one of hers. They even added nose pads to accommodate my sensitive skin. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding speed from order to… Outstanding speed from order to delivery. Glasses were exactly as shown. Fit was just a bit off, nothing I couldn’t adjust on my own though. Overall, tremendously satisfied, this is my second pair of Kind’s. I regularly get compliments on the glasses.
