USWorst Online Shopping Experience I’ve Ever Had It took almost two months to receive my glasses. I emailed customer service around 10 times during that time, and only received 2-3 responses, and those only after several days. I never received confirmation emails or updates without asking several times. When the glasses arrived, they were extremely low quality—I’ve paid $20 for better glasses. I returned them, following the companies instructions, but have yet to receive my refund or any email update. In fact, the survey is the first automated message I’ve received from the company since I placed my order. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

USI’m convinced this is a scam I’m convinced this is a scam. I placed an order over a month ago. When I checked out, they said someone would be in touch to get my prescription. No one did. I emailed several times and it still took weeks to get a reply. They said my information was incomplete, so I provided the info they requested, then crickets again. After a few weeks, I emailed asking for a refund and they said my glasses were shipping and I’d receive a tracking number. I never received a tracking number or any update, and my request for a refund was completely ignored. Don’t do business with these people.

USFantastic Direct-to-Consumer Eyewear Company I've used David Kind for my sunglasses the past 8 years, ordering at least one pair per year. I've yet to be disappointed by their glasses, with amazing lightweight frames and the highest-quality lenses I've ever worn. I decided to make the jump to a more expensive pair of glasses after wearing Warby Parker glasses for a few years. I wanted something more durable, had a better warranty, and offered a superior quality of lens. I found all of those with David Kind and don't plan to look anywhere else anytime soon for my glasses needs.

USHighly Recommend! The best frames I have ever had. The Wexler was titanium light and Japanese quality which is ideal for my high index Perscription. Very pleased with the frame and final glasses. Customer service was quick, kind, considerate and professional and quickly solved a fitting issue. Chat response is one of the best in the industry. I highly recommend David Kind!

USHappy "Kind" of Eyeglass Wearer I don't remember how many years I've had my first pair of glasses from David Kind. Five years ago, I sent them back for refreshing and new lenses. They're still perfectly functional, just a little worn around the temples. My prescription recently changed, and I'm happily wearing another pair (same style) from David Kind. Also have single vision computer glasses from DK that are wonderful. Thank you, David Kind!
