In addition, I have a really strong prescription and usually need to have lenses remade once or twice when I get new eyeglasses, but David Kind got the lenses perfect the first time. I’m convinced this is a scam I’m convinced this is a scam. I placed an order over a month ago. When I checked out, they said someone would be in touch to get my prescription. No one did. I emailed several times and it still took weeks to get a reply. They said my information was incomplete, so I provided the info they requested, then crickets again. After a few weeks, I emailed asking for a refund and they said my glasses were shipping and I’d receive a tracking number. I never received a tracking number or any update, and my request for a refund was completely ignored. Don’t do business with these people.
