USExcellent buffalo horn eyeglass frames reasonably priced and much higher quality than CocoLeni is Hally & Sons in Italy. I bought a pair of glasses in June. As I was driving X-country I asked they be shipped July 12. It is now July 28 and no glasses. Moreover their phone line is constantly busy in customer service and no response to 4 emails asking why a tracking number was issued but the glasses were not given to DHL. I cannot comment on the quality of the frames but customer service surely is lacking and rude in as much as no responses to my mail.

GHDid business with this company for… Did business with this company for years. Their customer service was never good but the price was right. Last time out they sent me a RA for replacement or repair then never returned my glasses or issued a credit. They have turned into a rip off, best to avoid.

NLThis is absolutely the lousiest return… This is absolutely the lousiest return policy I've seen in a very very long time. No information provided, no alternatives offered. First I had to chase cocoleni for order - it got stuck. Then I had to chase for the return order (twice). No response, no apologies, just a plain refund of 75%. Not even the option for 100% return was offered in case of an alternative purchase? Lousy, sloppy, non professional. Very dissapointed.
