The glasses were not what I expected (the polarized lenses were much darker than expected--a mistake on both sides)..Global listened to me ( a rarity in many cyber transactions), applied my purchase amount to another pair of glasses (which were just right), and forwarded the remaining amount to my Pay Pal account. The Global rep. was a great and patient listener. Would definitely work with them again.

The Hallmark of cheep Chinese marketing. The glasses I ordered were the Zac Masons advertized as having a 50mm wide by 43mm height lens.After a excessive shipping delay 9 days after the tracking number was posted,I received the pair of glasses the lens size is 50mm Wide by 49mm Height-NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!...I recommend avoiding this slipshod company and buying some place else like Zenni Optical as I have had positive results with them three times in the past.....No Thank You ,Global Optical..Not reccommended.

Excellent buffalo horn eyeglass frames reasonably priced and much higher quality than CocoLeni is Hally & Sons in Italy. I bought a pair of glasses in June. As I was driving X-country I asked they be shipped July 12. It is now July 28 and no glasses. Moreover their phone line is constantly busy in customer service and no response to 4 emails asking why a tracking number was issued but the glasses were not given to DHL. I cannot comment on the quality of the frames but customer service surely is lacking and rude in as much as no responses to my mail.

Great; wish you had more pilot style frames I am satisfied with the glasses but have one suggestion. Having placed 2 orders for progressive, bifocals, and reading the reading glasses I received were distance - I guess I was supposed to know where to add the ADD?? I still wouldn't know whether to increase SPH or CYL or both for each eye. I should have called first when the online entry for reading required re-inputting the RX. Not a problem as I will use them for driving instead.
