Valentine's Day I was able to hear my sweetheart whisper I love you even when someone says I love you if it has to be shouted it certainly doesn't sound very romantic.

I ordered them and they didn't work for… I ordered them and they didn't work for me. I returned them and wasn't given a full refund, $50 short! No where in the ad does it mention anything to that affect. I've emailed them twice with no response. I will be contacting the attorney general's office! Nancy W

I called and ordered a new charging… I called and ordered a new charging case for about two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so I did up calling the customer service team and they looked up the tracking number and couldn’t find anything so they upgraded my Terri needs to some better ones which I’m supposed to receive on Saturday so I’d like to take this company in the customer support team for everything. Thank you.

Bought for my father Bought for my father. He is very impressed with them. Trying to get ahold of someone is another story. The telephone number on the website rings busy or isn’t answered. The telephone number provided in a response on one of these reviews is a no go as well. So needless to say. Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone within your 45 day timeframe for returns.

Ordered the LUNA for my hard of hearing… Ordered the LUNA for my hard of hearing mother, got the wrong ones and the company CANNOT be contacted to get a return started. Will be doing a charge back with the credit card.
