GBI called and ordered a new charging… I called and ordered a new charging case for about two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so I did up calling the customer service team and they looked up the tracking number and couldn’t find anything so they upgraded my Terri needs to some better ones which I’m supposed to receive on Saturday so I’d like to take this company in the customer support team for everything. Thank you.

GBI am very happy w/your customer service… I am very happy w/your customer service my right hearing aid was dead so I was only using the left one, I texted you & they sent me another pair THANK YOU now I have both & I haven’t heard this well since I don’t know when ! I am happy camper so much easier to be part of the conversation then not . Thank you so much so nice to have a company care for their customers!

GBThe aids were only sound amplifiers The aids were only sound amplifiers. Could not hear voices clearly. Tried to return in the 45 day trial period but was told it started from the date of purchase not date of delivery. I missed return date by 2 days and didn't even have use of them. Would not last all day on a charge.
