USVery disappointed I bought the Luna… Very disappointed I bought the Luna hearing aids for my step father we charged them as instructed on the directions now they are only staying charged for 5 mins..I emailed like I was instructed to and still have not got a email back for my return..my 45 days will be up in 2 days beyond frustrated..the customer support number never works..so now I'll be contacting my credit company and get a charge back

USBought for my father Bought for my father. He is very impressed with them. Trying to get ahold of someone is another story. The telephone number on the website rings busy or isn’t answered. The telephone number provided in a response on one of these reviews is a no go as well. So needless to say. Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone within your 45 day timeframe for returns.

USThe delivery was fine The delivery was fine. The hearing aids just do not work well for me. I almost need a lower volume setting or a different frequency range setting. Certain things like radio and tv sound a little distorted.

USThe delivery of the device was accurate… The delivery of the device was accurate and remarkably fast. I am just now trying the product and can't rate it yet althought firest impression is that it will work well.

USI have been an expensive hearing aid… I have been an expensive hearing aid wearer for approximately five years. Because of Covid and wearing masks my left side broke. I tried two other companies and ended with Beniwave. They came almost immediately and I can now hear again. Still trying to get my expensive set repaired. Any new users all I can say is once you receive your hearing aids ……USE THEM EVERYDAY…
