CAN NOT GET MY ORDER DELIVERED AS… CAN NOT GET MY ORDER DELIVERED AS PROMISED. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN THEY WILL BE SHIPPED. 5 DAYS AGO THEY WERE ORDERED WITH BEING TOLD I WOULD GET SAME DAY DELIVERY? STILL SITTINGIN THEIR WAREHOUSE AND BEING TOLD SEVERAL TIMES DIFFERENT ANSWERS

I called and ordered a new charging… I called and ordered a new charging case for about two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so I did up calling the customer service team and they looked up the tracking number and couldn’t find anything so they upgraded my Terri needs to some better ones which I’m supposed to receive on Saturday so I’d like to take this company in the customer support team for everything. Thank you.

Very disappointed I bought the Luna… Very disappointed I bought the Luna hearing aids for my step father we charged them as instructed on the directions now they are only staying charged for 5 mins..I emailed like I was instructed to and still have not got a email back for my return..my 45 days will be up in 2 days beyond frustrated..the customer support number never works..so now I'll be contacting my credit company and get a charge back
