GBVery disappointed I bought the Luna… Very disappointed I bought the Luna hearing aids for my step father we charged them as instructed on the directions now they are only staying charged for 5 mins..I emailed like I was instructed to and still have not got a email back for my return..my 45 days will be up in 2 days beyond frustrated..the customer support number never works..so now I'll be contacting my credit company and get a charge back

GBNever again Not as good shipping policy as other companies. Sent a pair with Chinese shipping company that was impossible to track with up to date information. Sent a pair with a defective charger and stopped responding to emails to resolve the issue. Be aware

GBThe hearing aids arrived quickly The hearing aids arrived quickly. There was a problem with the charger, but the company was very responsive and replaced it immediately for free. The hearing aids themselves are great. Five stars for them and five stars for the customer service.

GBOrdered the hearing amplifiers from… Ordered the hearing amplifiers from this company for my 91 year old mother. They said the order would 3 to 5 days, and we got them within the 5 days. Package was intact, I opened the box inside the box, read the directions I charged them for 4 hours and guess what, they were charged in 4 hours, I click the volume up, and she said they work perfect. So this is why I give 5 stars, I really hope they last for awhile.
