I have been an expensive hearing aid… I have been an expensive hearing aid wearer for approximately five years. Because of Covid and wearing masks my left side broke. I tried two other companies and ended with Beniwave. They came almost immediately and I can now hear again. Still trying to get my expensive set repaired. Any new users all I can say is once you receive your hearing aids ……USE THEM EVERYDAY…

I'm so disappointed I'm so disappointed. I've been calling & emailing customer service and they don't call back. I need help to use them. I give up! Now I want to return them but need customer service to email me or return my call. I really can't see that happening. I really don't want to throw away $299

Best yet. I had a set of $2,500 set of hearing aids for years and then tried a set of $5,800 for 30 days and returned them because they just weren't worth the money. The Luna pair I bought are better than what I had and a whole lot cheaper. They work great, no more batteries to worry about and work better in crowds and restaurants. Thanks for making an affordable product that works great.

Ordered the hearing amplifiers from… Ordered the hearing amplifiers from this company for my 91 year old mother. They said the order would 3 to 5 days, and we got them within the 5 days. Package was intact, I opened the box inside the box, read the directions I charged them for 4 hours and guess what, they were charged in 4 hours, I click the volume up, and she said they work perfect. So this is why I give 5 stars, I really hope they last for awhile.

The hearing aids arrived quickly The hearing aids arrived quickly. There was a problem with the charger, but the company was very responsive and replaced it immediately for free. The hearing aids themselves are great. Five stars for them and five stars for the customer service.
