GBVery disappointed I bought the Luna… Very disappointed I bought the Luna hearing aids for my step father we charged them as instructed on the directions now they are only staying charged for 5 mins..I emailed like I was instructed to and still have not got a email back for my return..my 45 days will be up in 2 days beyond frustrated..the customer support number never works..so now I'll be contacting my credit company and get a charge back

GBI'm so disappointed I'm so disappointed. I've been calling & emailing customer service and they don't call back. I need help to use them. I give up! Now I want to return them but need customer service to email me or return my call. I really can't see that happening. I really don't want to throw away $299

GBThe delivery was fine The delivery was fine. The hearing aids just do not work well for me. I almost need a lower volume setting or a different frequency range setting. Certain things like radio and tv sound a little distorted.

GBI am very happy w/your customer service… I am very happy w/your customer service my right hearing aid was dead so I was only using the left one, I texted you & they sent me another pair THANK YOU now I have both & I haven’t heard this well since I don’t know when ! I am happy camper so much easier to be part of the conversation then not . Thank you so much so nice to have a company care for their customers!
