GBPoor lens results/horrible cust svc Had several conversations,e-mails to get my Rx & questions answered.Having a stronger prescription, wearing glasses since I was 8, and have had a dozen new prescription lenses. eyeglasses dot com is the first with lenses that corrected my vision to maybe 20/30 at best. Contacted 3 times,never reaching a person, left with leaving mssgs w/ order# never got a response.Unless your Rx correction is minimal, go ELSEWHERE.Horrible cust svc! Poor lense results!

CACompete scam Compete scam. Pkaced my order in March 2023, was told that the frame is back ordered and will be available on May 20. My card was charged and I accepted to wait. In early June my order was cancelled because “manufacturer discontinued this frame”. My payment was refunded but lower amount than what was paid. Stay away from this fraudulent and scamming business.

GBSCAM It has been a month and still nothing has shipped. I guess if you want your prescription expired before you get you glasses.... Update: I contested the charges and received an email from them. They claimed they sent me 2 emails from customer support informing me of shipping delays. I don't get why they would lie about something that is easily tracked but they apparently aren't very good scammers.

GBScam - Misrepresents Inventory to Make Sales I ordered frames shown as "low inventory, order soon!" on the website. After a week, I asked about the status and was told that the frames were not in stock but were expected within the next week. The following day, I received an email saying the frames would arrive 2 months later. I cancelled the order. I then placed a second order for frames-- again, shown as "low inventory, order soon." Again, after a week I emailed to find out the status and was told that they were out of stock but Eyeglasses.com expected to have them in another week. In both cases, Eyeglasses.com knew the frames were out of stock and were not sure when they would receive inventory yet never updated the site to reflect that. I called to ask why the website doesn't accurately show the inventory status and was told that it updates every 24 hours. This clearly isn't true as it's been 2 weeks since I was told the first set of frames would not arrive for 2 months and the status never changed (still showing as "low inventory").

GBEasiest conversation with a… Easiest conversation with a representative I have ever had. Did have issue with phone calls. They were unable to hear me the first 4 times, until I used a different method of calling. Apparently, can't reach them using an IP phone on Google. Anyway, asked about the frames I needed, got the answers. Then made the order. Had an expected arrival time. Items came in two days ahead of schedule and were directly shipped from manufacturing and did not need to go to Eyeglass.com before hand for quality inspection. This was possibly due to no need for prescription for lenses.
