GBCompletely Satisfied, Highly Recommend Sent frames to be filled with prescription. First experience buying glasses online and I was skeptical, but couldn't be more pleased with results. Received glasses within 2 weeks and no-line bifocals were perfect. Since lenses cost less than eyeglasses store, even got upgrades. Glass wearer for years and this was my easiest purchasing experience ever and with the best results. Will definitely be purchasing from Eyeglasses.com again!

GBEasiest conversation with a… Easiest conversation with a representative I have ever had. Did have issue with phone calls. They were unable to hear me the first 4 times, until I used a different method of calling. Apparently, can't reach them using an IP phone on Google. Anyway, asked about the frames I needed, got the answers. Then made the order. Had an expected arrival time. Items came in two days ahead of schedule and were directly shipped from manufacturing and did not need to go to Eyeglass.com before hand for quality inspection. This was possibly due to no need for prescription for lenses.

GBWebsite is basically unusable Website is basically unusable. They have thousands of frames but adding a simply filter like "black" returns no results. Extra filters are added randomly and then cannot be removed. I would not trust my personal information to a site so badly programmed.

GBSCAM SITE - if you really need glasses go to Walmart Just like many others, I ordered my “in stock” frames in December, but I still don’t have them. It’s now March and they keep stringing me along saying that the frames have been backordered, and the manufacturer will have them at a later date. Well the thing is…these frames haven’t been produced in years! I asked them about that with the original delay, and they reassured me they could get the frames. So I waited. I had to contact them after the original deadline passed, which was February 29th. Then they stated it will be another month before they could get the frames…meanwhile I have no glasses and I used last year’s insurance to buy these. Unfortunately, due to lay offs in the tech industry, I no longer have eye insurance and now I have no glasses.

GBCouldn't even order Got all the way to the cart to look at the price as I am researching lens replacement companies. I saw a cleaning and alignment fee I did not ask for nor do I want. I am perfectly capable of cleaning my glasses. I emailed them about it and they informed me they "cannot" (they can, they just won't) remove the charge from my cart or tell me how to remove it causing me to not be able to order because I do not order with companies that charge hidden fees and then refuse to remove it or let the customer remove it. Another unprofessional "business" lurking around online. Looks like this company can only get orders if they pray on unsuspecting first time customer's orders. That's why I always check trust pilot and site jabber prior to conducting business.
