Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. It’s been weeks and the best they can tell me is “it’s in production.” Terrible customer service.

I have now used Lensabl 3 times to… I have now used Lensabl 3 times to replace the lenses in my frames. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Every time I have had to send them back for a redo. In Lensabl's favor they did remake them. I have since found another company online that is better, faster and cheaper, so I will not be using lensabl again.

I ended up ordering the wrong lenses I ended up ordering the wrong lenses. Ordering bifocals and not progressives. I know I wear 2 different prescriptions so in my mind thats a bifocal so I'm upset with myself. Maybe receiving a picture of what to expect is better than words. I have ordered correctly in the past. They are ok for most tasks but I can't wear them at work due to focusing issues with computer screen and reading at 15 -18"..

great The prescription sunglasses are perfect and they arrived way sooner than I ever expected. There were a lot of negative reviews so I was scared to try lensabl but I was really pleasantly surprised. Don’t let me ruin your life but I had a perfectly normal and good experience.

A Pleasant Surprise I know it’s not much but I didn’t read the instructions for sending glasses — cases would not be returned. MINE WAS! Thank you!
