great The prescription sunglasses are perfect and they arrived way sooner than I ever expected. There were a lot of negative reviews so I was scared to try lensabl but I was really pleasantly surprised. Don’t let me ruin your life but I had a perfectly normal and good experience.

I ended up ordering the wrong lenses I ended up ordering the wrong lenses. Ordering bifocals and not progressives. I know I wear 2 different prescriptions so in my mind thats a bifocal so I'm upset with myself. Maybe receiving a picture of what to expect is better than words. I have ordered correctly in the past. They are ok for most tasks but I can't wear them at work due to focusing issues with computer screen and reading at 15 -18"..

Customer service is good Customer service is good. The online virtual feature is great. However, the order status was very unclear after order was placed. I had to follow up with customer service twice to get the delivery schedule.

Long delivery, and not quite right It took longer than expected to receive and I had to contact customer service to find out they were missing information. The prescription also seems a little off. Things are a little fuzzier than my other glasses with the same prescription

The glasses arrived in pristine… The glasses arrived in pristine condition and I love them. The process was overall simple, direct , and cost effective. I will say however the communication was heavily lacking as my frames arrived at the beginning of the month. And then I waited almost three weeks before I got any correspondence or updates. And when I DID get an update, I was that the process was done and the glasses were being shipped back to me. Why… set up the expectation that I would get step-by-step auto updates to only NOT do that. Three weeks is to me quite a long time of radio silence. Either change the expectation OR give the updates.
