USHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. One lie after another when your order is a month late. They game the system pretty well, with tools in place to make it look like they care about the customer, but it's all a charade. Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere for your purchase

USLeasable has been taking longer and… Leasable has been taking longer and longer for their service. I paid the additional $10. (the 2nd time, paying for faster shipping). It took almost 2 weeks for my shipping box to arrive. It took a whole month to receive my order. Ordered March 20th, didn't receive my glasses until April 19th. The processing time has slowed down tremendously. This is about my 4th pair. I found sunglasses I wanted to order through leasable site, but I'm afraid they will take another month. Im quite disappointed in the decline of the service.

USGot a pair of lenses made/installed on… Got a pair of lenses made/installed on a rimless montblanc frame of mine. The lenses were nice, transitions with polished edges. They did a good job, fit size and shape all perfect..it did have to go to its second level of creation due to whatever reason so it took a little longer than originally stated but everything turned out great. Not sure if I'd trust them with my cartier frames though..
